Where is shop located?

The King Oak Retail Store & Café and our Garden Furniture Showroom are both located in Cloncollig Industrial Estate, Tullamore, Co. Offaly.

Our Garden Furniture Showroom is located directly opposite our retail store and café, if you need assistance in finding it, call into our retail store and a member of our staff will be happy to direct you.

Please note that our Mullingar outlet only features a limited range of what we offer at The King Oak. All products may not be available in-store in Mullingar, although we may be able to organise delivery to our Mullingar store upon request. 

What are opening hours?

The opening hours are;

The King Oak Shop:
Mon - Sun ... 9am - 6pm.

The Wandering Elk Café

Mon-Sun... 9am-5pm.

Hot food served until 4pm, coffee and sweet treats available thereafter.

Garden Furniture Showroom: 
Mon - Fri ... 9am - 5:30pm
Saturday ... 9am - 1pm.

Can I collect the order?

You can collect the order in-store but please give notice for large items as may not be kept onsite.

How long does the delivery take usually?

Average delivery is 3 - 5 days but may be 14 days for garden furniture items. Items are kept for 6 weeks once a deposit is paid.

Do you take deposits?

We do take deposits on all items (the value of half) and can offer a savings scheme for the likes of Christmas etc.

What to do if order is damaged?

If the order is damaged contact the store directly,  we may ask to get an image sent so that we can see the issue. This can be done on Whats App or Email.   If it has been delivered we will arrange to get it collected,  if it was brought home by the customer they will need to return it to the store themselves.  We will arrange a replacement/ exchange (or refund if the goods are faulty)

How to return the order?

With regular sales we do NOT offer a refund policy - customers can exchange goods or get a credit note as long as they have the receipt/gift receipt and the goods are returned as sold within 28 days.  This does not apply if the goods are faulty - their statutory rights are not affected.

We sell Gift Vouchers which can be used in the store, cafe and garden furntiure.
